Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2025
1. Subscription-Based Service
FlowDesk provides websites as part of an ongoing monthly subscription service. Your subscription includes website hosting, maintenance, security updates, and ongoing support based on your selected plan.
As long as your subscription remains active and in good standing, your website and included services will remain active and managed by FlowDesk.
2. Subscription Commitment
All FlowDesk website plans require a minimum 6-month commitment beginning on the date the website is launched.
After the initial 6-month term, subscriptions continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled by the client.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription after the initial 6-month term at any time.
Upon cancellation:
- Website hosting and management services will end
- The website will be removed from FlowDesk hosting infrastructure
- Associated services may be discontinued, including forms, integrations, and business email accounts
All payments made to FlowDesk are non-refundable.
4. Website Ownership & Buyout
Websites created by FlowDesk remain the property of FlowDesk unless a website buyout is completed.
Clients who wish to retain ownership of their website after cancellation may request a full website transfer for a one-time buyout fee of $2,000.
Upon payment of the buyout fee, FlowDesk will provide:
- Website source code and website files
- Website assets created by FlowDesk
- Transferable website components where applicable
Third-party software, plugins, fonts, integrations, or subscription services may require separate licensing by the client and may not be transferable.
5. Domain Ownership
Custom domains purchased through or managed by FlowDesk may be transferred to the client upon request, provided all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
6. Business Email Accounts
Business email accounts provided through Microsoft 365 remain active only while the associated subscription is active and in good standing.
Additional business email accounts beyond those included in the selected plan are billed at the current monthly rate per user.
7. Limitation of Liability
FlowDesk is not responsible for interruptions, outages, or issues caused by third-party providers, including hosting providers, domain registrars, email providers, software platforms, or external integrations.
8. Changes to Services
FlowDesk reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services, features, or pricing at any time. Existing clients will be notified of significant pricing or service changes in advance.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a FlowDesk subscription service, the client agrees to all terms outlined above.
