Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before engaging FlowDesk Systems for any services. By making a payment to FlowDesk Systems, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in its entirety.
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made to FlowDesk Systems are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been submitted — whether in full or as a deposit — it will not be returned under any circumstances, including but not limited to a change of mind, business closure, or dissatisfaction with the direction of the project after work has commenced.
2. Nature of Our Services
FlowDesk Systems provides custom digital services including website design, development, and related work. Because our services involve the immediate allocation of time, resources, and skilled labor upon engagement, refunds are not feasible. Work begins upon receipt of payment, and costs are incurred from that point forward.
3. Deposits & Partial Payments
Any deposit or partial payment collected prior to project commencement is non-refundable. Deposits are used to secure your place in our production schedule and to cover initial work, planning, and resources allocated to your project. Cancellation of a project after a deposit has been paid does not entitle the client to a refund of that deposit.
4. Project Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, no refund will be issued for any payments already made. The client will retain any completed deliverables up to the point of cancellation. Any remaining balance owed under the agreed project scope may still be due depending on the stage of work completed.
5. Revisions & Dissatisfaction
FlowDesk Systems is committed to delivering high-quality work. If you are unsatisfied with any deliverable, we encourage you to communicate your concerns directly so that we may address them within the agreed revision scope. Dissatisfaction with completed work does not qualify as grounds for a refund. Revisions outside of the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after payment has been made.
- Failure to provide required materials, content, or approvals in a timely manner.
- Delays caused by the client that result in extended timelines.
- Dissatisfaction with a completed and delivered product that meets the agreed-upon specifications.
- Business closure or change in business direction after work has commenced.
In rare and extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of FlowDesk Systems management, a partial credit toward future services may be considered — but this is not guaranteed and shall not be construed as a precedent or obligation.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider does not constitute a valid refund request and is considered a breach of this agreement. FlowDesk Systems reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and to pursue all available legal remedies to recover funds owed.
